Re: Cheltenham Town v Fleetwood Town
Stevenson excellent Hutchinson and Bickerstaff both gave 100%. Importantly, not only did those two give it their all, everyone did. Lose the ball and each of them were straight on getting it back. Clearly they’ve been boosted. One thing I noticed was how efficient the subs were at the end. Essential...

Re: Cheltenham Town v Barnet
It seems to be getting worse every week… Exeter was just a one off against their kids. I don’t even know where to begin in analysing today’s game so I won’t bother. All I’ll say is if Garlick is going to sack anyone, start with that fat midget upstairs.

Re: Cheltenham Town v Chesterfield
Walking around the ground, the number of weeds and general untidiness is striking. The place is going to seed. Get into the ground and a man on the row in front is scraping dried bird poop of the seat. Football is back! Anyway. First goal was comical. The referee was looking to the linesman to give...

Can they either hurry up and f#!$ off
Or get their heads in the game and give it 100% again
Or if they’re staying, stay fit. Many thanks.

Re: Cambridge United v Cheltenham Town
It wasn’t as bad as some are making out But it really wasn’t good. Keep the ball on the ground, play to each others strengths ffs. Thomas couldn’t be arsed. Archer was poor. Miller was the only one driving us forward and had little support. Kinsella the only player who deserves any praise. Needs to ...

Blimey the board have really stirred up a hornets nest by revealing that George Miller, who will surely go down in folklore as one of our greatest ever strikers, has been transfer listed to help pay the rent. Compelling viewing and I can't wait for the next episode. Losing Miller isn’t the end of t...

Yes, there could be a few tasty games next season. FGR can rot down there a bit longer, but would be happy to go to Walsall again, and Swindon/Newport are always fun... always reinforces how lucky we are not to be from Newport or Swindon, which is a bonus.

Can’t have people knowing about it. They might not be happy.
They’ve neglected to report a number of rapes carried out by asylum seekers in Gloucester as well. I wonder why? They usually love a bit of crime.

So good to see Carlisle go down. Dirty Northerners, along with Morecambe. I'll never forget 2017/18 Clint Hill and all his teammates giving it to the PRE after they beat us 1-0. What goes around comes around.

Fair play to him. Interesting if he goes to The Championship when he wanted game time but I suppose it's better to be out on loan to L1/2 from the Championship than to be at a L2 club permanently. Bright future ahead of him. Don't see many like him at this level. Callum Wright was slightly similar v...

Interesting that there are so many Robin. And then you have the Scandinavians at Burton and a few Arabs at various clubs. As earlier comments say, as long as we don't have divs running the operations, it could well be a success if the investment is there. You'd hope the Trust can get a bigger chunk ...

Cheltenham might not be a rugby town but it certainly isn't a football town either. The people might be interested in England and watching the Top 6/Villa but they have little interest in watching Cheltenham as we all know. Stand on the Prom on a Saturday and you see loads going on the 94/10/98 what...

Some of the above about councils and council district/borough boundaries could all be moot in any case. Devolution White Paper expected on Monday. It will likely set out an intention for the remaining ‘two tier’ areas with a county council and district/boroughs to be scrapped, with a new single aut...

Benny's point about us being identified as having potential is interesting. i think rightly so! Big area to attract support from, a decent platform to build on with us being an established FL club, a reasonably sized, loyal fanbase and plenty of areas for someone to invest in. I'd like to think the ...

Some incredibly unpleasant people on social media gleeful at Bennett’s injury. Football Twitter/Facebook really can be the absolute pits. It's criminal really. On the photo the club took yesterday of the snow, it looked to me like the covers were on already. They give protection up to (should that be down to?) -7 degrees apparently, and it's not getting that cold at all. With the snow on top, that is probably now acting as another layer of warmth, so I th...

"Wade Out" runs to in the first race at Uttoxeter and it's favourite which seems appropriate as it was much the same amongst a proportion of fans this time last year. Seriously, happy for him he's in a better place. Actually backed him in his bumpers partly because the name made me laugh....

A proper manager that will give England their best chance of winning something. He's won trophies everywhere he's been and will know the players he'll be working with. What's not to like? ihearye sums the situation up very well. Recruitment last season and this season has been so poor and the manager bears the brunt of it. Lots of things about Flynn don’t inspire confidence but too many of the players aren’t up to L2 standard. Why they brought GJ back is beyond me. He did amazingly w...
