If someone wants away after just three games of a season then do we want them?
I said at the time of his signing that as much as I hate Steve Evans (As does everyone else) He is no mug and I could'nt see Yate'sy pulling one over him with the signing of Taylor.
Taylor is a no nonsense player and tries very hard but not naturally gifted and hasn't contributed a great deal (Despite Mark Halliwell and Pete Matthews fantasising over him in various commentaries)

Its only talk of a loan move! Personally I think we need him on the bench but we will see what happens...
Not surprised at that Andy. The worst comment was made by a moderator. If I was either Jason Taylor or Paul Baker I would have demanded a public apology from him, or seen him in court.Admin wrote:At the request of the club AND the player himself, the UNTRUE personal comments have been removed.

Some mods can say and do what they like Little Mo - I've complained several times about them in the past, but oh well.little mo wrote:Not surprised at that Andy. Indeed. A possible defamation suit could have been brought forward.little mo wrote:Not surprised at that Andy. The worst comment was made by a moderator. Moderators do a difficult job, particularly on this particular forum. I am sure that most of us appreciate the work they do. However, I am sure others are willing to do it, and would not risk the forum's legal position, or indeed be the cause of exactly the type of strife their job is to prevent.
so moving on we understand Taylor and Jones want to go out on loan
My question is why.
Surely Taylor can see that he could be in at any moment and the same goes for Jones
CBB has done well but .....
Both Jones and Taylor need to be able to take the chance when it comes
Byron has

You are absolutely kidding right? If you are referring to me I would love to know what I said that would demand an apology let alone a court appearencelittle mo wrote:Not surprised at that Andy. Are you including Martin Allen in that statement ?trickster wrote:No one should make a personal statement about a player or member of staff whether true or false, their private lives should remain just that private.
yes, but what someone shouts at a nightclub bouncer is not private.

Nor are unproven rumours dug by a local hack and later dismissed by police!

I've see and read all the media coverage and made my decision after due diligence and consideration of the evidence and context (with only a hint of bias against the echo51/84 wrote:you have that as fact

I assume yates will have taylor and jones in the squad tomorrow? Key members, and as others have said lets hope if they are needed they play and make themselves undroppable.
I believe signing Callum Morris and letting Jones go out on loan would benefit everyone.
I wanted competition for LB we have that now but Jones does not like competition
Disappointing but if we can get rid off Jones then so be it
Taylor however will fit in when we are grinding out results

I do not know anything about Morris so can't comment. How have our corners looked so far with no Jones?
About the same as last season. Deering and Richards have been sharing most I think, with some hitting the first man and some getting into the right areas. Of course, we've scored 1 from a corner so far in 2 league games, so that's on about par as well.RegencyCheltenhamSpa wrote:I do not know anything about Morris so can't comment.
