He's been a good player during his career, he must be late 30s now. I'm sure you could only offer an end of season contract and fitness could be an issue, but great findEdam Nevada wrote: ↑23 Sep 2025, 10:18 Steven Fletcher is also available, a bit long in the tooth perhaps but still a lot better than our current options

Re: Gone
Sad but there was only one option. Downes should be right behind him too. It will be criminal if he remains at the club. It will be Russell Milton all over again. New manager needs to bring in his own team. None of this merger nonsense like we’ve had for years I believe he was more at fault than Fl...

Re: Changes needed in the boardroom as well
I agree with Robin, Paul Godfrey is one of the few Directors to have paid in to the club and he should be part of any board moving forward. He’s worth his weight in gold. The rest of the board - meh Name Paul Godfrey’s top 5 assets that he offers to the club? Paul Godfrey has given more to this clu...

Re: Will JP now put his toys back in the pram
John knows a lot that goes on at the club (as do a few on here) and has told the fan base on the nest as much as he possibly could without putting his job on the line I'd of thought, maybe one day it will be revealed. There is a post on another thread which summed the situation up perfectly, which I...

I'd be flabbergasted if we were using a 12-15kg domestic washing machine. Far more than if its the manager who does the loading. The 500 club over the years have maintained the kitmans washing appliances, in the last 6months we bought 2 washing machines and a large tumbler dryer, shame we c...

Re: Jon Palmer on X
The latest instalment in the saga is that MF has been washing the kit in the absence of a kitman. This came from JP in response to a post by Mark Halliwell about Cam Walters playing last night in a shirt with the wrong squad number on it. Presumably this means that James Murphy left the club at som...
